Factory Overview
SOLEID Factory is a clean environment and can be operated by less than ten (10) people with a production of more than 200,000 sqm. per shift and per line on yearly basis.
Factory Capacity for “third generation lines” available:
1. 100,000 sqm./shift
2. 200,000 sqm./shift
3. 400,000 sqm./shift
Mixing Platform:
Mixing Platform is one of the most sophistiacted part of SOLEID Factory. The whole factory is controled electronically from this machine. The computerized system coordinate most of the panels fabrication, dosing of chemical components, water, cement, EPS expansion,... are made through it.
It is a fixed unit, fully automatic mixer adapted to production requirements.
Panel Molding Machines
SOLEID Sandwich Panels are made as described in the Product Presentation booklet. Panels are assembled by hydraulic molding machines under strict Quality Control and supervision of the factory technicians.
Hydraulic Movable Molding Machine
Mobile automatic Stacker with computerized command control to transfer panels from molding process to storage areas.

Lightweight Concrete Cement Processing
Bulk cement stored into silos is transferred to mixing platform by screw conveyors. Mixer is controlling automatically each component during mixing phase.
Which include cement, sand, EPS bead, foam agents and water to create lightweight concrete material.
